When teams go on a run against us, there isn't a great record of adjustments being made to counteract those runs. Likewise, when the game plan isn't working well, or specific players are clearly struggling, there isn't a great record of flexibility and being willing to try something different. The most glaring example is when we play pressing, athletic teams like VCU... 7 years in to his tenure at VT, and we still haven't figured out how to attack or counteract that style. Last night was a great example. The gameplan and the player rotations worked really well for 37 minutes. When both faltered in the last 3, not a lot of changes were forthcoming from the sideline.
