Was at the game today, and this is what I saw re: Neo's shot...
when he rises straight up, his shot is pretty true. But often, on his stepback 3's, he is not only doing the stepback, he's also slightly fading away when he releases. Hopefully he can build on today's momentum, and part of that will be to lean into his outside shot rather than shooting off the back foot.
