It was from one of the sports writers for PSU's newspaper...

He said an official announcement from Pasha is expected Wednesday. I agree with you given that Pasha was at VT this past weekend. He visited PSU last month, so my guess is if he was going to choose them, he would have done so already. Given the competition for his services, if VT pulls this off, that would be pretty impressive.
