Purdue missed a bunch of open 3s off those kickouts, though, and turned the

ball over far more often than they usually do. The turnovers, in particular, kept NC State in the game. Braden Smith's game tonight resembled his game in the opening round last year against FDU. Fortunately, Purdue was able to get some other guys to step up and hit shots, but they need the 1st Team All-Big 10 Braden Smith if they're going to beat UConn.
