And also bring VT basketball (both men's and women's) into 21st century

with modern sports venue great for sports but also serves well for entertainment, which should boost REVs as well as quality of VT's basketball programs. Also, I would not rule consideration of FULL RENO of Cassell vs. 100% BRAND NEW.
