Thought that for years
And it's been discussed from time to time here. I believe there were codes against putting a few rows of fans on the baseline. It looks like a tight fit but others do it. As far as the sideline seating there is nothing that can be done except put students in the big donor seats. Probably never see that. And then there's the rows of often empty seats behind the opposing team bench.
