The way the college game is officiated it lets 6’5 muscular guards just
Hip check and get underneath leverage vs a 6’9 guard like Neo. That type of contact vs the ball handler outside the paint isn’t allowed in NBA.
Shouldn’t be allowed in college but teams like Houston, UConn, all of the B1G just cross check with impunity and they don’t call nearly enough fouls
