Do you want him to coach, fundraise, be the gm, mine the portal etc?
The modern day coach has tons on their plate way beyond visiting highschool kids and X's and O's. He's recruiting his own players, high school, portal when its open, roster construction from the turn over, fundraising NIL, and then finally doing the part he actually likes which is coaching.
