The chickens have also come home to roost after disregarding the fanbase

for mens basketball so blatantly. Selling popcorn containers is a great one time promotion (truly) but abandoning all other efforts to connect the fanbase in a meaningful way to the program makes it a lot easier to walk away. It's become an exchange of indifference between the MBB program and the fans... and it's a shame.
