of simply plugging in a replacement player for specific positions where you incur losses. I think you go find the very best talent, then you adapt and play the best players and earn your money. Don’t shy from unconventional. Miami was pretty unconventional last season and worked for them. Don’t always be derivative. Don’t always plug and play. Get outside yourself and be more creative.
