GCHokie and I disagree strongly on this, I don't think they are...

...in fact they recently pushed hard for Malique Brown to come to VT only for VT to back off at the last second. VT just landed a big transfer who was a long time Loaded kid and who still has that relationship. My opinion, and first hand experience, is that VT hasn't done a good job recruiting VA as a whole in awhile and so it is reflected in results with Team Loaded and Boo Williams kids but I don't think either program has pushed kids away from VT.
