it instead of hoping everyone knows and waiting for random donations to roll in. And we've had a GM of basketball position open for how long? Isn't that the person that knows what the budget should be and is in charge of spending it wisely and making sure it goes as far as it can? Other than football (which appears out of Babcock's hands at least publicly), we are still a joke of an AD.
