They need to hit the donor $$ targets in the BOV plan for a few years
before even thinking about a Cassell upgrade. Also, the Beamer Barn upgrade has stepped in front of it on the big $ project list. The only way it happens sooner is if a donor steps up with a check for at least 1/2 the amount needed for Cassell. I wouldn't be surprised to see a scaled-down version of the renovation emerge a few years from now.
