Pure speculation on my part, maybe CMY is waiting on 3-4 players to
decide which McDonald's Bag they want, which team and accompanying bag best fits their plans, and they are in no rush to make a decision. ( OK, I hope this speculation is what is actually happening and FRAZIER is working his recruiting magic.).
