yes it is, but I wonder what game some of these people are watching..

and their knowledge of the rules. One poster knows some of the rules, but could not ref his way out of a paper bagpro..Managing a game and knowing the rules are two different things. I took two newer officials into the locker room at halftime and told them: "a foul is defined as ILLEGAL contact that causes an advantage to be gained! Therefore, not all contact is a foul" Before the start of the second half, I called the two coaches over and told them what I had done and hoped that I did not scare them into calling no fouls.
