Who is totally focused on my program without divergent energy. I think sometimes fans underestimate how many hours a day coaches are working. It’s incredible hours and it is endless. I know they are paid well and many fans being that up first and foremost when discussion occurs on that subject. But it is truly a 24/7 job and all coaches have my respect on that point. But where Gottlieb is concerned, time spent maintaining his radio presence and program is time not being spent on his coaching and program-building. If I am an AD that would personally be a dealbreaker for me before hiring a candidate. But of course I am not an AD. Perhaps soon.
