ODU game was the canary in the coal mine.

We didn't lose it, but could have... and it shouldn't have been close. VT under MY seems to do well against "skill" and "system" teams, less well against teams that may not be as talented, but are scrappy, physical, and athletic. There just doesn't seem to be a Plan B for games where either (a) we don't shoot well, or (b) the other team makes it difficult to get the open looks we're used to.
