What's the impact on losing Giltner?

Curious your take on the effect of losing Giltner so close to the season starting. It was my understanding that he was CMY's right hand man. Looking at our crunch time performance is his departure something to point to that has sizeable impacts on the results we've seen? Or has CMY always called plays / TOs / subs during the under 4 during his tenure.
