Remember the leagues Neo has played in not comparable
Most games he played in a season was 18. He was averaging less than 20 minutes per game. He wasn’t primary ball handler except on fastbreaks.
Being primary ball handler while getting physically manhandled on any drive takes it toll. He’s going to see this the entire season until he shows he can beat it.
