Mike Young said as much in a recent interview.
I believe his exact statement was that they had not yet signed all the official paperwork but that it would happen soon. He also shared his dislike of playing outside the country and playing 3 games in 3 days. Charleston typically has a day off betwen the second and third games.
I hope it happens. I've been to the Classic twice and would go in a heartbeat again next year.
