How he’s developing here. There were major programs after him but he liked Byers and the fact he would play and develop here. Johnson and Schutt seem primed for big years with multiple years of eligibility left, but they’re also at a place where they’re gonna have a lot of PT and be prioritized so depends on what they ultimately want. This disappointment of a football season will hopefully teach a lesson about being smart with money (not paying to bring back 3 wrs for a run heavy team to start). With this bball team it will be about retaining the core rather than trying to out spend teams for the big “free agents”
