We need a young coach who is hungry and willing to
get out there and recruit. Also, a coach who can motivate. Basically, someone like Buzz who wants to make a name for himself in the ACC, even if they do move on. I agree Mike Young is not it. He is a good coach but have to recruit. So unless he can hit it big in the portal, next year will be worse and he'll definitely be gone after that. I'm rooting for him, however the reality is setting in.
