I don't buy into the concept of blind loyalty in any aspect of my life

I would dare to say that most of the people on this board are VT fans, if not superfans. We watch all the games and we are invested. As such I do believe that people have the right to discuss obvious issues with this team. Anybody watching these games can see the persistent problems. There is a line between a constructive discussion and attacking. I don't know where that line is, but I don't think it is reasonable to expect all analysis and debate to stop out of fear that somebody's feelings might get hurt. Hell, nobody professionally associated with the team should ever read this or any other fan board. This is, and should be, a separate world.
