Regional Winners by Seed
So I went back and looked at the NCAA Baseball regionals for the past five years (post-pandemic shutdown), compiling the regional winners by seed. No. 1 regional seeds do well (as you might expect), but they're not unassailable.
Meanwhile, No. 1 national seeds have advanced to the super regionals four of those five years. (Vanderbilt got knocked out in the regionals last year.)
