Heading into tonight’s game, he was 3-1 with a 1.30 era and the following pitching line: 41.2 ip | 22 h | 6 er | 6 bb | 56 so | 9.3 bb-so
And then tonight against #17 Arkansas, he finished with 7.0 ip | 4 h | 1 er | 1 bb | 8 so.
For the season, he has now started 8 games and has gone at least 5.0 innings while giving up no more than 2 earned runs in each start. And in 4 SEC starts, he has gone at least 7 innings and given up 1 earned run or less in three of them.
