With the season about halfway through, below is a graph that shows how our teams since 2021 have ranked in the Massey Composite on a weekly basis. One interesting thing is how all four of our teams since 2021 were fairly bunched together after week 8 with all teams ranking between 19 and 30. Each team’s path to week 8 was very different and the trajectories afterward have been quite different. The 2021 team started to decline in week 9, whereas the 2022 team continued its ascension and made a big leap towards the Top 10 while the 2023 team stayed flat in week 9 but then dipped in week 10 and leveled off after that. This week will be critical to see if this year’s team can bounce back and avoid similar dips in performance that the 2023 and 2021 teams experienced.
