I think the fact.....
he will not do anything big is a blessing. He likely has no clue what to do or if he does it will be something most would disagree with. They need to hire his replacement now and put him in a position of transition consultant until his retirement. His successor and the BOV need to develop their plan going forward, a piece of which is deciding what to do about Babcock and that undeserved last contract extension and raise.
