there are bullpen mounds on the field down the LF Line at UVA’s baseball field. There are bullpen mounds on the RF line along with a bullpen behind the fence in RCF, too. (Pictures below) Perhaps having them along the foul lines make it more convenient to use during practice when multiple pitchers might need to throw. Or possibly a two way player could use the ones located on the LF line to warm up instead of going out to the RCF pen? Not to mention there are a quite a bit of brown spots on the playing surface.
