You could probably say that about another sport or two as well.
I believe tennis was essentially doomed when Babcock and his administrators fell on their asses when they screwed the pooch in their handling of the fundraising for a significant improvement to the tennis facilities back before the pandemic.
I’m hoping the basic oversight of the Hokie Club and related fundraising by university development has much better results.
