He was named MaxPreps Virginia Player of the Year, VISAA Player of the Year and Prep Baseball VA/DC Co-Pitcher of the Year. He finished the year with 10 wins and a 0.83 ERA (per Prep Baseball) while striking out 76 in 67.2 innings. He was previously committed to William & Mary. It will be interesting to see how he develops. He has a very unique delivery and while he doesn't currently have standout velocity (Fastball at/just under 90 mph), he appears to mix in breaking/off-speed pitches well.
