Posting History (94)

Ibrahim was a real nice guy

Back in '93 we both lived in Arlandria, a not so nice part of Alexandria. We used to chat on the bus on the way to work about VT. He did like VT alot.

Haven't thought about Ibrahim in a while.

He and I both lived in Arlandria in 1993. It was the hood then and still is. We would ride the bus together and chat about VT. Didn't realize his son was a basketball star. Glad to hear it!

You would think ESPN would want a strong ACC basketball tradition.

Why not pump money into the conference and air games? Why not support the historically best basketball conference? Not sure why they are letting in whither.

That Hayfield situation was nuts.

Over a dozen players from Freedom (Woodbridge) transfer to Hayfield in Kingstown (Alexandria, FX County portion). Never understood why the Coach didn't just stay at Freedom. They were a powerhouse.
