Season Tickets
Why on earth would we not add more season ticket seating? There are seats available and unless the higher sections are sold out why in the world would we not increase the season ticket sales. I guess we must not need the extra money (hee-hee). And you wonder why people say our athletic department is mess up.

I have started muting all the people who are negative nannies. My board looks funny but I encourage members who actually enjoy rooting for the Hokies, win or lose, to start muting the people who post all negative comments. That way I don't have to even see what they say.

Walks
All our pitchers had trouble with the strike zone. I wonder if maybe their mound was a little different and that's what threw us off. Oh well, moving on the California.

Pitching woes
It's hard to believe that we walked so may batters yet Pitt had almost no walks. All our pitchers had problems with too many walks and that cost us for sure. I wonder if there was something odd about their mound that would cause all our really good pitchers to not be able to throw strikes. Just curious!

I use VT's seat geek to sell, tickets
and it is easy to use and I don't have to deliver them as they take care of it. Money is deposited to my account within 24 hours of game ending.

Does anyone know why Wells did not play in the GT game? Playing only 7 players will wear them out over the long season.

Gradual Increase in pricing
I suggest we take baby steps in increasing the season ticket pricing. Maybe next year do away with general admission and just have season ticket holders pricing for the entire arena. The following year increase between 10-25% depending upon the quality of the product. If all that goes well then you can look at bigger increases.

Georgia has changed her build
Georgia has strength in her upper body that we did not see while at VT. I hate she is gone and wish her the best in her life's journey. She is a Hokie and will always be one of my favorite players. I wish she could be at the hanging of LIz's jersey as I will always think of them as a matched set. Go Aussie!

The Birthday Girl
Wishing her the best on her attempt to make the Acer's squat next year. Playing with Ashia would be an amazing experience if that is what Liz chooses to do! She made VTWB what it has become with the help of Kenny and Georgia! What a great 2 year run we had! Enjoy your birthday and can't wait t see you again when your Jersey is retired. I hope Kenny and Georgia can be there in the stands in spite of my hating to lose them both to UK!
Also, can't wait to see Vaven this season!

What a great interview this was - best they have done. First time I have heard anyone address the coach and players leaving and handles it with grace and class. She is what VT is all about. Love we have people like her around our school. Thanks for asking the hard questions giving her a chance to set the record straight. You can be loyal to coaches and friends and still love VT.

Liz and the team
Regardless of how things turn out Liz will always be my favorite player. Her smile and joy with life far exceed anything she will accomplish. She is a very special person, and I am proud to have gotten to meet her and watch her podcasts showing what kind of person she really is. Prayers for you and thank you for sharing your life with us. Wow, what a great article and what a fantastic person she is. VT is so lucky to have someone like Cassie. She will make us better regardless of how she pitches. Chip, stories like this makes me appreciate our young ladies. Her story and Miaja's success make me proud to be a Hokie. Caring about the people is a lot more important than wins and losses. May good things continue to happen for our fine ladies!

Transfer of basketball tickets
Anyone know when we can transfer tickets for men's basketball games? Tried to make transfer and basketball transfer is not yet offered. Opening game 2 1/2 weeks away and need to transfer tickets to out of town person as soon as possible.

Watched the latest Queens of the Castle and she sounds like this is going to be her final year in college. She talks like she is already planning on overseas travel for BB. Makes sense when you see there are 5 true freshmen plus 1 redshirt freshmen on this team so to keep them at VT they are going to need to play by year 2.
