I think that is excellent and healthy that many on this forum are talking about the starting rotations. Mission accomplished. Thank you everyone. And by the way, I am a loyal season ticket holder for 20+ years and rarely miss viewing any of the games. I deeply care about the well being of these talented young women. However, changes should be made IMHO. Back to lurking for a bit.

Not only is Carleigh's field goal % the 2nd worse on the team at .299, she owns fully 25% of the turnovers 48/188 of the entire team. She needs to be benched or have a limited support role only until such time her head is in the game and demonstrates significant improvement. This team is talented with a skilled coach and are fully capable of winning 9-10 ACC games, but not with #1's performance. A hard reset is badly needed. Enough is enough.

Ah yes the sanctimonious post counter. So not only has Carleigh been in a dreadful shooting slouch since Nov. 29, she owns 48/188 or 25% of the team's turnovers. So sure keep starting her. Maybe she will shoot out of it. And in a very winnable game against Miami in 11 days she continues her trend and goes 0-13, 8 turnovers, and we lose by 5 which are due to their points after turnovers. What then?

And just how many ACC games can this team afford to start a junior guard that goes a sloppy 1-9 and 6 turnovers?? I say none. Bench her and let her earn a starting slot with much improved performance, or not.

Carleigh has the 2nd worse shooting % on the team at .299' just above Swanson. Her play in all areas has deteriorated for at least a month. She is not earning a starting slot. The other 3 guards with more minutes may be able to help improve the team performance. This needs to be addressed with a hard reset.

Karleigh is an error machine, needs to be benched and then earn her way back. She will singlehandedly lose us several ACC games.
