He has a Wofford coaching mentality that doesn't work in the ACC.

The kid from Greece is not a point guard. He is too slow, doesn't have an outside shot and he is not quick enough to play that position. There has to be someone else on the bench to replace Hammonds when he goes to the bench.

They still lost. He is hurting this team because his game is not up to par with the type of ball VT has to play. Coming off the bench will benefit the team as well as improve his game. He is not ready for the speed of the game, but when he does watch out.

As I said earlier Neo should be playing forward and definitely not as a guard. He plays too slow and doesn't shoot very well from the 3-point line. He should not be in the starting rotation.
