Perhaps his team severely lacked talent around him. Not a great data point either way, but will be interesting to see how he does at his new school (which seemingly would be a better position that he put himself into).

Or are the two recent WR offers unrelated and just offers based on talent? Not sure if I’m reading into this too much with respect to what it may mean in terms of the coaches’ evaluation of guys like Jones, Lofton, Holloway, Bradshaw, Moss, etc.
