POACHED —— Our coaching staff has built an excellent developmental program ( we make kids better) a selling point to young players - but there are all kinds of vultures out there.

You Would know this means a LOT to them . And support the coaches - we are so lucky to have Pete & his staff remain at Tech . We all get frustrated when we don’t play well, but don’t be fair weather fans -

Local Hotels are probably against hosting and graduation at the same time .
If you check Hotel.com prices for this week : Residence Inn Marriott $764 a night
Hyatt Place $1200
I am sure the NCAA is not going to pay those prices .

The best comment comes from Nick Saban about negative internet people
After Ohio State lost to Michigan and the OSU fans wanted to fire Ryan Day - Saban said you try to insulate your players from all the negative posters - but he asked his kids do really care when the comments come from “ some fat guy in his underwear living in his mother’s basement.”
Think about it - some of you make comments about 18-22 year old kids who give their all and a coach who wants to win even more than we do . If you have met these kids or their families you would never make a statement like “ they blew it “ - Chip knows !!!

Again - if people want charge for VT - understand
That money go into the general operations budget for athletic department- not to softball.
It’s so nice not to have to deal with tickets and then people buy tickets and don’t use them .
