I’m hearing some crazy stuff right now in Raleigh.
The Stewart for Fishback swap could actually happen. Not a certainty either ends up at State or Tech. UNC a player for Fish also.
Some other big names out of left field could be in the works for both Tech and State as well. Crazy times. I hate it.

Brother, there is ALWAYS tampering of some sort with portal guys..
I have zero proof of this , but feel like Pop and Robbie have a mutual respect of each other where they would never go after each others kids.

Valencia (redshirted this year at Stanford) is a potential National Champ
Watch his match vs Ed Scott in the ncsu dual this year. He wrestling TWO weights up and had him on the ropes. Top 10 overall recruit.

Forever linked IMO. Great rivals. Both 2x AA’s. Both kinda worn down from all the weight cuts and daily grind of the sport. Two memorable ACC giants.

It was a great dual. Big crowd.
It’s been discussed. But State is undermanned with redshirts this year. (We have a few weight classes that will probably never be this weak again) . Orine/Scott haven’t really got it going so far either. UNC is solid. It’s worth watching the Trumble match if you can… Carolina’s heavy is pitiful but put on quite the display in the first 45 seconds.

Trephan has one more year of eligibility, but Trumble is huge now and pretty dominate. ‘Not sure what’s gonna happen. They’re both committed to the military but Im not sure how that affects things like the portal. I’ve heard no chance either leave.

Stewart can AA
His body is so unorthodox hes going to be tough. The only concern at this point in his career is the ability to come from behind. He’s already so good with a lead.

Just have a feeling when y’all start winning acc titles again you suddenly care more. Just a hunch. 😎
And the difference in finishes between state and tech at nationals has swung in techs favor, but it’s so negligible it doesn’t offset all the conference championships when comparing the programs at their current state. It’s NCSU then Vt closely behind. That’s the national narrative at least.

No one is hanging a banner in Cassell that reads VPI 8th NC State 10th at Nationals. 😎 There is no doubt we’ve struggled a bit but it’s not like you guys are killing it. ( I’m posting in jest)
