It is my understanding that Youtubetv will not have Espn+ until fall.
A lot of reports say early 2026 but that seems to be wrong. I had to go into my espn account and add espn+ for a monthly charge of $12.99. It is listed as Espn Select. I will probably cancel it after the tournament and wait until fall when Youtubetv had Espn Unlimited. I do not think you can add Espn+ to your Youtubetv account. It has to be on your Espn account.

I saw Longwood's lineup and saw the leadoff is Abromavage. I had to do a
double take to realize I was looking at the wrong side.

Last Sunday I was sitting in the wheelchair section with my
Son and Arthur rolled up beside me. I was so impressed with his knowledge and familiarity with each VT wrestler. I was really blessed by it all

For the most part is it elite pitchers that seperates the top
4 or 5 from the rest of the top 10? If VT had AT on this team, where would this team be ranked?

I have been going to Hokie sporting events pretty much all my 59 years. I
have seen VT break out a can of whoop A when it was thought that the game or match was going to be real close. I am not sure that I have enjoyed any as much as I did being at this one yesterday. That semi round was incredible. Then the finals and 5 champs from that. It got pretty evident that every fan there that wasn't VT was pulling against VT. I love it when that happens. I yelled so much and I am so hoarse today.

Jordan Lynch is hitting .484 with a 0.859 SLG%. She is having a
heck of a season. Some other interesting stats. Chat has zero stolen base attempts. How many teams leadoff hitter has played 19 games with zero attempts. Interesting approach by Pete. Yaeger is quietly now at .400. 3 of the 1st five in the line up are at or over .400. Abromovage is at .392, so she is close. Aldridge has struck out only once this season. Foster, Mizelle, and Aldridge have played in all 19 games and have a 1.000 fielding percentage.

Thanks for posting your thoughts on pitching. I truly appreciate your
wisdom and experience. From time to time I will have a question on pitching and I think, I should ask Midlo about this. I played baseball for many years and have a strong feel for pretty much everything except pitching. Especially pitching in softball, since I have only been watching Hokie softball for 5 or 6 years.

Perfectly put! For sure this team is not loaded with talent. Duffy is
really shining right now. It will be interesting to see how well she recruits long term.

Last Sunday my son and i were riding and listening to the game against
uva. In the post game Evan mentioned that CW was coming for an inteview. I told my son, check out this accent. He said where in the world is she from. He thought it was pretty cool.

Amoore laughing and smiling at the end of the last ncaa game really
did not sit well with me. She knew where she was going and didn't care. Then they show Liz and it broke your heart.

We really need to enjoy the time we have left watching her as a Hokie
She is on pace to be one of the greatest hitters in Hokie Softball history. She will most likely break the homerun record. She will be somewhere around 2nd all time in slugging %. Btw that record will belong to Cori Mac for as long as there is records. Chat is top 8 in batting average, and I believe that will go up some. On base % is top 5 as well. The point being she is trending to be one of the best ever at VT. So fun to watch. As someone said last night, she is seeing a beachball right now. Completely freaking locked in.
Oh, yeah btw. Jordan Lynch is getting high in some of these catagories as well. Including being #1 right now in career batting average. She is also tied with Chat at 2nd in slugging %.
Some great players at VT right now and those great players make eachother greater. Good times for sure.

Gaby is a great example of reloading. She isnt starting because she has too or there is a hole in the lineup. She is starting because she is that good. Chip told us!

I love listening to Coach. I love where he was talking about the 1st time
he got his hands on Henson on the mat. That was great. He gives Coach Tanelli a lot of credit for Eddie's improvement.
