But - to do this effectively, your O has to put points on the board. Strategy backfired - 0 points from the offense, hard to win ballgames no matter how good your D is.

Literally canāt remember the last time I saw a W in Lane.
In the 2000s and early 20 teens, the expectation walking into the game was how much were they going to win by. Now itās praying for a win any way they can. Frustrating as hell to be a Hokie fan.

I was there and Luckie
was making foul calls from 40 feet away today. Next game he refs Iād love to keep track of his foul distribution. Some very interesting calls AND no calls today. š¤

I watched him today at Wake
He kept his L arm at a weird partially extended angle. Seemed more elbow issue than wrist. He was very guarded with it. No sling tho.

State of the program
It speaks volumes that the topic of choice for the past few hours on this board is about a QB that we all wish was still here and not about the game in Lane today. Apathy is here and growing by the week. It was obvious in the stands today when the fans in section 15 where I was sat down promptly after the first few offensive plays for Da U. Man I miss the days when we brought the heat from the stands and affected the play on the field. The symbiotic relationship between the fans and the team has gone off the tracks unfortunately. Fingers crossed for a winning season and competitive play within the next couple of years. Remember when we went to Lane and knew we were going to win? Seems like a long time ago.
