...the top 20 but +75-80% of the expense is salary (vs Football where staff salary is much less of the share). Subtract out salaries and what is the delta in what we spend on hoops vs anyone above us? Unless of course you believe MY and staff are somehow lacking (significantly) vs those above us in these rankings. I don't feel that way. We could up MY to a VT Buzz like salary and shoot up these rankings, but it would mean little.

35-40 range? Buzz himself was a top 25 paid coach when he was here, no? 75-80% is staff expenses, correct?
