It is a good mix of people here including a large number of brits. If you like having entertainment close and many food choices, we are 15 to 20 mins from Disney parks and there is always something going one. We saw 10 concerts at EPCOT during food and wine and the ongoing Candlelight processional is awesome.

I am renting and my suggestion would be to do the same for 2 reasons. 1 - it gives you time to determine where you want to live, 2 - the housing market is in free fall now and nothing is selling. You risk being underwater as soon as you buy. I love the heat, and since Oct 1 most every day has been spectacular in terms of weather. Even in the summer, I found it just about the same as VA, maybe just a few degrees warmer with thunderstorms more likely. With the thunderstorms, the evening actually are mostly more comfortable. Of course state income tax is also a big plus. Doctors do appear to be worse than NoVa however on the downside, so that may be harder to find a good one in plan.

If the theater companies worked with MoviePass before the pandemic, they may not be dying right now, but they did want to share the their revenue with MoviePass. MoviePass was driving big audiences, but without the theaters participating, was financially a huge loser. Pandemic then just killed the movie model and outside of a few action movies that need the big screen, there is no need advantage to go more than a few times per year.

So this is a good change. The Diet Pepsi at Costco say compared to same drink at Panera are very different drinks. I am sure it with the carbonation/syrup/water mix on the machines, but whatever Costco did with this is very odd and not in a good way. It is consistent across Costco locations as well.

It was definitely top 3 in pizza I have ever had.

We missed badly in the transfer portal. While Beran and Long are good defenders, neither can create their own shot or are good shooters. Nickel has proven to be an average shooter, can't create his own shot and is a poor defender. Only Cattoor and Pedulla can both shoot well and create their own shot when healthy. Collins can create his own shot, but is a poor shooter. Pedulla is also a poor defender. Kidd has improved his offensive game, but is a poor defender. That does not leave Mike Young with many options and he seems to need at least 3 people who can shoot on the floor to really have his system work well and most of them need to be able to defend. Hopefully things will get better as the year goes on, but good coaching and scheme can only take lack of talent so far. We need a major improvements in talent from the portal for next year.

I was a DirecTV customer for over 20 years. I wanted them to get my price near YouTubeTV - within $40 per month. They gave me some 6 month deals that would expire, but even then, it was $90 over YouTubeTV for a similar channel set. I have been happy with YouTubeTV. Like the other posters said, you miss MASN and RSN, but that is about it and it is more flexible watching virtually anywhere on any device.

These things changed in my opinion: - No Covid break which clearly led to losses early in the ACC Schedule and hampered team improvement - Pedulla came on to improve overall point guard play - It seems Alumna was dealing with an early season injury which did not keep him out, but impacted his play - Mike Young teams improve in general as the season goes on
