Totally random. Friend of mine is headed to Blacksburg next week and he asked me about a few places to eat. It’s been a long time since I’ve been there, but I told him the iconic places (PK’s, carol lee, Souvlaki’s) that are still in operation along with some of the “newer” ones that have opened after I graduated. The other thing he asked me about was “nuns that make Gouda cheese”. I know nothing about that - is that a thing? If so, can someone fill me in so I can pass it along? Also, happy to pass along restaurant suggestions that you may have for the “newer” places in town that they should check out. Thanks!
