Both FSU and Clemson put targets on their backs. They can leave the ACC now
and nobody will miss them.

If the injury was that serious, the leg would have been immobilized.
The coach is smart enough to know that nothing could be gained by putting her back into the game. The loss meant absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things. He was looking ahead to the ACC and NCAA Tournaments. I hope that I’m right and that the season isn’t over for Liz.

How many is UGA down? You’re an apologist for FSU? A selfish culture which
says it all for that trash university!

Regardless of playing in the CFP…
Georgia has no more to gain than FSU, yet their kids did not opt out. It shows class and unselfishness and playing for their teammates. For that reason, I want UGA to maul them.

This is not an ACC snub. 2004 undefeated Auburn was snubbed in favor of USC
and Oklahoma to play in the BCS National Championship. This is just stupidity on the part of the committee.

Other than Gosnell, our receivers couldn’t catch the ball if you handed it
to them. The run game was working! If it ain’t broke don’t fix it?

Ironic…the Hoos are always complaining that they can only recruit
intelligence and it handicaps their football program. Intelligence???

They can thump their chests but the end result is $120M exit fee and
reimbursement to the ACC $40M per year for the GOR until 2036. Roll the dice in court? If the SEC payout is $60M per year, the net payout to FSU (if they leave with 12 years remaining in the GOR) is $10M per year assuming you divide the $120M exit fee over 12 years and add the $40M to it equals $50M. I’d like to be a fly on the wall when they discuss it with their legal team.

He left out the infamous double dribble non-call against Purdue that
resulted in a win that helped them advance. The championship that resulted should have an asterisk next to it.

If you really want to piss off the Hoovers…
tell them that a real Ivy League team is moving on to the second round and that the wannabes are heading back to Charlottesville.

However, he looks for an offensive foul against Girardi instead of swatting
it away and draws a foul. He is not aggressive but has the size and skill level.

If you didn’t take note…we showed that we can press. It turned into points.
We can disrupt the other team’s rhythm. Why does MY not recognize this? Instead, we’re on the receiving end and allowing it to disrupt our’s.

We are a different team without HC. We will get better when he comes back.
It’s a long season and maybe we will see Rice at some point. Keep the faith.

Far from a bad loss…look at what’s ahead. There are plenty of opportunities
against quality opponents. We just need to put this in the rear view mirror.

The SEC and the BIG have run the numbers…
if either conference wanted to pick off any of the current ACC members, it would have happened by now. They have maximized the payouts to their members and covered the major tv markets from coast to coast. It’s not about academics or AAU membership. It’s all about football. Miami’s glory days are behind them and FSU is not Bobby Bowden’s FSU. Clemson might very well lose Dabo to Alabama when Saban retires. It’s not membership numbers the Big 2 are after. It’s revenue that incrementally adds to the pot in excess of the current per member payout. I suggest we catch our collective breath and let this play out. The rumor mill will continue, but I personally am not buying it.

Iowa’s AD and Head Coach
were quoted that expansion in numbers of schools is not on the table after the acquisition of USC and UCLA. The BIG is now covered by major TV markets from LA to Chicago to New York the two LA schools gave them the second largest TV market.
My opinion (for what it’s worth) is that neither the SEC nor BIG will look to just add numbers without a large guaranteed payday. All this wild speculation about picking up the remains of the PAC12 and the ACC if Clemson and FSU leave is just that.
