Virginia Tech women's basketball defeated Navy on Sunday by a score of 75-64, pushing them into the Sweet 16 of the 2017 WNIT.
The Hokies will travel to Penn State for their third round matchup on Thursday. Tip-off is slated for 7 p.m. Penn State moved on after defeated Fordham 70-51. Penn State went 9-7 in their Big Ten conference slate and is 16-1 at home this season.
