Virginia Tech's men's outdoor track team won their second ACC Championship since joining the conference in 2004-05, scoring 129 points and easily outdistancing second place NC State (93 points) and the rest of the field.

The meet was held In Tallahassee, Florida. It was the sixth overall ACC men's crown in track and field and cross country. Dave Cianelli, Virginia Tech Director of Track and Field and Cross Country since 2001, has guided the men’s and women’s programs to 10 combined ACC titles.
Tech's women finished ninth, with 45.1 points. Florida State won the women's title with 106.5 points.
