Brown, a 6'2", 195-pound junior, boasts a scholarship offer total in the double digits. Last month, he revealed a top five that included Boston College, Northwestern, Syracuse, Temple and Wake Forest. Where Virginia Tech stands as of this writing is unclear, but certainly we plan to touch base with the promising signal caller to find out.
Brown totaled 2,852 yards of offense -- 2,144 passing and 708 rushing -- his junior season. He tossed 24 touchdown passes and rushed for eight more.
Virginia Tech is in search of one sure-fire quarterback prospect in the class of 2016. Hampton (VA) rising senior JoVonn Quillen Jr., a verbal commit to the Hokies, likely will get a look at quarterback when he arrives in Blacksburg, but it's also very possible he ends up playing another position. Tech has double-digits offers out at the quarterback position, with Brown, whose junior season highlights you can see below, being the latest.
