Virginia Tech's Jarrod Garnett (125 pounds) was the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the weekend. Nine of Tech's 10 wrestlers qualified for the NCAA Championships.

141 pounds: Zach Neibert, Second Place, qualified for NCAA's

165 pounds: Pete Yates, Champion, qualified for NCAA's
174 pounds: Austin Gabel, Third Place, qualified for NCAA's

Marone had an 8-0 major decision win over UVA's Derek Papagianopoulos to clinch the championship for the Hokies. The NCAA Championships will take place from March 21-23 in Des Moines, Iowa.
