Another scholarship is open for Virginia Tech men's basketball.
Mark Berman of The Roanoke Times has reported that forward Seth LeDay will leave the program after redshirting last season. LeDay was forced to redshirt after transferring to Virginia Tech from JUCO.
LeDay, who is the brother of Zach LeDay, who graduated last season, will have two years of eligibility remaining.
The departure of LeDay opens up another scholarship for Virginia Tech men's basketball. The Hokies are currently pursuing two recruits to add to the team, including 5-star guard MJ Walker. Walker, who took an official visit to UCLA last weekend, has held the Hokies in high regard since visiting on April 22. Virginia Tech is also after Connecticut transfer Juwan Durham, who will reportedly visit on May 28.
