Virginia Tech and Mike Young added a commitment in the class of 2026 on Monday in the form of Eltayeb Eltayeb (el-TIE-eb).

Originally from Omdurman, Sudan, Eltayeb spent a post-graduate season at Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kansas.
He was a prep All-American after averaging 21.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game while shooting 43 percent from 3-point range this season. He reportedly grew seven inches in the last year, too, shooting up from a 6-foot-1 guard to a 6-foot-8 wing.
