Virginia Tech and James Franklin added another cornerback in Penn State's Kenny Woseley Jr. on Wednesday morning. He made his announcement on Instagram.

The Philadelphia native had 15 tackles, half a tackle for loss and one pass breakup over two seasons for the Nittany Lions. He redshirted in 2024 and played 51 snaps. As a redshirt freshman in 2025, he was on the field for 238 snaps and had a 69.3 coverage grade, per PFF.

The Imhotep Charter Institute product won a state championship as a senior while posting 23 tackles, six interceptions and seven pass breakups.

Rivals rated Woseley as a four-star prospect out of high school and the No. 10 player in Pennsylvania. He was a three-star talent by the other three recruiting services and fell between No. 15 and No. 23 in the state.

Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Maryland, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Oregon, Pitt, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wisconsin also pursued him in his original recruitment.
